NGAPALI BEACH

Ngapali Beach, the most beautiful beach in Myanmar is located close to Thandwe (Sandoway) on the Rakhine Coast. This unspoilt beach stretches over 3Km with silvery white sand, coconut palm and fresh sea- breeze and about 35 minutes flight from Yangon Airport to Ma Zin (Thandwe ) Airport.

Ngapali Beach is an ideal place for everyone who loves sea, sand, sun or swimming, snorkeling or carefree loitering an the beach, exploring or just sitting amidst whistling wind. It provides a perfect safe place for bathing and marine study. There is an 18-hole Golf Course about 15 minutes drive from Ngapali beach.

Visit to Kapling Beach and an old bungalow set in a grove of coconut trees. It was here that the famous author, Rudyard Kipling spent an idyllic few months, writing his first draft of the " Jungle Book ". The bungalow stands strong and although Kipling has long since gone, it still looks over the beach. Thandwe (Sandoway ) was once home to one George Orwell, a British administer, who lived on the hill in the British enclave. Later, he become famous for his book, "Burmese Days", and later as the another of "Animal Farm ".

CHAUNG - THA BEACH

Chaung-tha Beach is located 40Km to the west of Pathein (Bassein) in Ayeyarwady Division,It takes only 5 hours drive from Yangon. via Pathain.

Reaching the beach, one can enjoy the salubrious breeze crossing long stretching sea horizon. Surfing over the white- crested waves is unforgettable experience. Phokala Island and Thebyu Island boast their beautiful, white sand beaches. It is five minutes drive by motor-boat and 20 minute's respectively.

NGWE SAUNG BEACH

Ngwe Saung Beach is one hour's drive from Chaung tha Beach, facing the Bay of Bengal. It also takes a five hour's drive along Yangon- Pathein- Chaung Tha Highway. The beach stretches 9.5 miles and bordered by tall green palms, swaying gently in the breeze.Ngwr Saung Beach is an idyllic getaway where you swim, snorkel and dive in crystal clear waters or just relax on the pristine white sand.

Pathein (Bassein ) is the city of Ayeyarwady Division. It is a port city of export for rice. It is also well- known for its colorful umbrellas or parasols. top
